We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Pay with Amazon and Debit Cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit cards!


We provide shipping to the continental United States ONLY. No P.O. boxes, please. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Each package is carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Fed Ex or UPS with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your personalized order to be made and shipped (some items may have different delivery times and will be stated in the item's description). If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us to ensure availability on the product(s). Please note that some items will ship separately. You will not incure additional shipping charges.


All products are in stock and ready to be shipped. On occasion items do become unavailable, in this case you will have the option to accept the backorder, choose another item(s), or request a refund.

Damages and Returns:

We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, but in the case that you are not, we do accept returns on items that are not personalized or garments. If your item(s) arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s), so we can issue you a replacement. Due to the customized nature of most of our products, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after they are placed unless otherwise approved by a member of the Just So Posh customer service team.   We do not accept returns on personalized items.

Returns on Defective or Damaged  Merchandise:

If an item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, we will replace it or refund your money, whichever you choose, upon receipt of original merchandise. All original merchandise being returned must be returned in the original packaging with any pertinent printed materials. You must notify us immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise (or within the 30-day time frame) for further instructions. Failure to follow this procedure may void our obligation to honor this guarantee; it will be solely determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

 **NOTE** Shipping charges are non-refundable, and item(s) must be returned at customer's expense unless related to shipping damage or incorrect order. A 30% restock charge will apply and be deducted from refund amount. Immediately upon receipt of returned item(s), customer will be refunded via method of original payment. Personalized items cannot be returned. If your personalized item has any damage when received, please notify us immediately for return or replacement instructions.   All return requests must be reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
