"I ordered four placemats as a first time buyer to this company. One of them came wrong and when I called customer service they were so apologetic and not only made it over for free and shipped it express so I could receive it by Easter..but they also gave me a $20 coupon to use for the next order. I have already recommended this company and will use them again for sure!!! Excellent customer service!!!!"
