White cotton bloomers have elastic waist and eyelet trimmed ruffled leg openings. Please allow 1 week for your item to be monogrammed. Our birthday bloomers include a confetti dot appliqued cupcake. Inside the cupcake top, we added an embroidered number one. You can add a number or child's initial or name. We can change this applique to match your birthday colors- just let us know if you need different colors.
These baby bloomers are made of 65% polyester, 35% cotton batiste and have embroidered eyelet edging. Soft waist elastic and a bias cut seat.
