Products are $7.95 for the first product ordered and a flat $10.45 for two or more products ordered through our website. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.00. We provide shipping to the continental United States ONLY. No P.O. boxes, please. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Each package is carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Fed Ex or UPS with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive (some items may have different delivery times and will be stated in the item's description). If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us to ensure availability on the product(s). Please note that some items will ship separately. You will not incure additional shipping charges.
Availability:
All products are in stock and ready to be shipped. On occasion items do become unavailable, in this case you will have the option to accept the backorder, choose another item(s), or request a refund.
Damages and Returns:
We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, but in the case that you are not, we do accept returns on items that are not personalized or garments. If your item(s) arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s), so we can issue you a replacement.

We guarantee your satisfaction! All of our toys come with a 30-day money back guarantee starting from date of purchase.
Returns on Defective or Damaged Kidkraft Merchandise:
If an item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, we will replace it or refund your money, whichever you choose, upon receipt of original merchandise. All original merchandise being returned must be returned in the original packaging with any pertinent printed materials. You must notify JustSoPosh@gmail.com immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise (or within the 30-day time frame) for further instructions. Failure to follow this procedure may void our obligation to honor this guarantee; it will be solely determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Returns on NON-Defective Kidkraft Merchandise:
We will accept returns on non-defective Kidkraft merchandise for 30 days from sale date. Item must be
unopened, and originally packaged. Failure to comply with this provision will void your rights of our guarantee. You must notify
JustSoPosh@gmail.com for further instructions.
**NOTE** Shipping charges are non-refundable, and item must be returned at customer's expense. A 30% restock charge will apply and be deducted from refund amount. Immediately upon receipt of returned item(s), customer will be refunded via method of original payment.
Personalized Kidkraft items cannot be returned.
ALL CHANDELIERS/ LIGHTING RETURNS:
No returns without authorization.
Authorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee for all
non-defective items.
All non-defective items will be at customer's own expense to return merchandise.
All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
ALL WEE SQUEAK SHOE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of the merchandise.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT SIZE, only if shoes are damaged.
Original box must be returned.
